- Eligibility: Minimum age is 18 for scooters and small bikes. 21 for higher cc bikes.
- Valid Indian driving licence with a two-wheeler endorsement. Learner’s licence not accepted.

Booking Terms
- Booking is confirmed only after the rental amount is paid.
- Pickup time is fixed at booking. If you’re more than two hours late, the bike may be released to the next rider.
- Each plan comes with a fair-use daily kilometre limit. Extra running is billed per km at the rate shown on the booking page.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup
- Cancel between 24 and 6 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancel under 6 hours or no-show: no refund
- Helmet at all times. Pillion helmet on request.
- No racing, stunting or off-road use unless the bike is built for it.
- Drunk riding means immediate cancellation and forfeit of deposit.
- Inter-state travel needs to be cleared in advance.
Note: Refund amount timeline: 3 to 5 working days.

Return Policy
- Return the bike in the condition you took it. Road dust is fine. Caked mud, scratches, or dents are not.
- Return with at least the same fuel level you got.
- Late return is billed by the hour up to a daily cap. After that, a full day’s rent kicks in.
